What are SunBeam Caregiving's hours?

Regular hours are from 7am - 5pm  Monday - Friday. Evening hours between 5pm - 10pm, weekend hours, and holiday hours need to be scheduled with appropriate notice, but may not always be available.

Is there a set minimum number of hours billed per visit?

One hour minimum, additional hours billed in quarter hour increments.

Do you bill insurance?

We do private pay only.

Is there a contract?

Yes.

How do you bill?

Payment for services rendered are payable by cash, check or credit card at the time of service, or by terms agreed upon in the contract.

What will it cost?

Pricing is specifically stated in the contract, and modest within the industry.

What is the area you serve?

We serve within a 50 mile radius of Hastings NE. A mileage surcharge is applied to the first hour for appointments outside the city limits.

Can I expect the same person to show up for each visit?

Yes, barring unforeseen circumstances, you can expect the same person for each visit.

Do you supply lifting equipment?

We do not supply lifting equipment, but are skilled in the proper operation of a wide variety of equipment within the industry.
